CatchVa Pro booking

Online appointment booking for service businesses

CatchVa does more than send a customer to an outside calendar. Eligible Pro businesses can turn their public CatchVa lead page into a booking page with available appointment times.

How it works

  1. 1

An eligible Pro business enables scheduling and chooses the days, hours, appointment length, and buffers that fit its workflow.

  2. 2

CatchVa provides the business with a public lead page that can be included in its missed-call text-back or shared directly with customers.

  3. 3

A customer can choose an available appointment time on that CatchVa page and submit the booking request with the details the business needs.

  4. 4

CatchVa records the customer request and appointment, then can alert the business owner by email and SMS. Team businesses can offer times based on technician availability.

Common questions

Does CatchVa have a native booking link?

Eligible Pro businesses with scheduling enabled can use their public CatchVa lead page as a booking page. Customers can choose an available appointment time there; it is not limited to pasting an external scheduling link into a text message.

How does CatchVa decide which times to show?

CatchVa uses the business's scheduling settings, including enabled days, hours, appointment length, and buffers, to show available times. Team booking also checks technician availability.

What happens after a customer chooses a time?

CatchVa creates the appointment request and records it as a lead. It can notify the business owner by email and SMS, and eligible Pro businesses can use appointment reminders with confirmation, rescheduling, and cancellation links.

Which plan includes booking?

Lead-page appointment booking is available to eligible Pro and Team businesses when scheduling is enabled.
