Keep It Cool ("we," "us," or "our") provides professional HVAC services to residential and commercial clients. By submitting a quote request, calling our office, scheduling an appointment, or using our website and digital lead forms, you agree to these Terms of Service.
All quotes, consultations, and job estimates provided via phone, text, email, or online forms are based on the initial information provided. Final service pricing, schedules, and work orders are subject to on-site inspection and formal service agreements.
When you request a quote, submit a contact form, or call our business, you may receive automated and two-way text (SMS) messages from Keep It Cool related to your inquiry and scheduled services.
Messages may include missed-call replies, quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, technician dispatch/arrival notifications, invoice notices, and customer care responses.
Message frequency varies depending on your service activity and ongoing project needs. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and mobile plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that number.
